Once I returned home, I followed their website instructions and submitted my return claim with pictures and descriptions of what was wrong with the items. I was leaving for vacation so I left the items at home to deal with when I got back. I received the order 2 days later and 3 of the 4 items I ordered were damaged right out of the package before I even got the opportunity to try them on. I made a purchase from this business for the first time on July 19th 2023, order number ********* for $111.28. I have contacted support again about this issue and Fashion Nova is refusing to resolve this. I got the reshipped item on and they sent the wrong item again!!! I attach an image of the same ***** that they sent the first time which is incorrect and does not match the photo of the ****** ***** in my original order receipt. They reshipped the item which they did not send 1 day shipping as I had before. I asked for the correct ****** ***** to be reshipped to me. They asked if I wanted store credit, a refund or the correct item reshipped. They sent an email requesting the order number and pictures which I sent. I immediately contacted Fashion Nova support about the item that was sent. On I received the wrong item shown below for the ****** ***** that was sent me. This order also had 1 day overnight shipping. Included in this order was a ****** ***** for my daughter shown in the attached image a size 8 that has the word ****** written repeatedly. I placed an order with Fashion Nova on Order# *********.
